The Society is open to anyone interested in railways or railway modelling. Membership starts from 14 years of age. There are concessional rates for juniors, the unemployed and persons over retirement age.

The clubrooms are open on Mondays and Fridays except on Bank Holidays or when a Society event is taking place at another venue,. Normal times are 7.30pm till 9.30pm, but often till the last person goes home!
